Man accused of driving car into pedestrians, vehicles in Bourke Street to stand trial

Zain Khan allegedly killed a philanthropist and injured five other people in the incident last year. During his court hearing he complained about his “disgusting” conditions in prison and his lack of clean clothes, repeatedly interrupting the magistrate and asking to return to hospital.
