‘He’s done his time:’ Weir to face racing tribunal on animal cruelty charges as brother calls for his return

The brother of Darren Weir has called for Racing Victoria to let the Melbourne Cup winner train again. His plea comes as Weir prepares to front the Victorian Racing Tribunal on charges relating to using a jigger on three horses before the 2018 Cup carnival.
