Taylor Morrison completes $2.5B acquisition of William Lyon Homes

Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (NYSE: TMHC) closed its $2.5 billion acquisition of William Lyon Homes on Thursday, making the Scottsdale-based homebuilder the fifth-largest in the nation.
