Donaldson gets offer for its exhaust, emissions business

Air filtration manufacturer Donaldson Co. Inc. is considering an offer to purchase its automotive exhaust and emissions business, the company said in a statement Monday. The offer is from Nelson Global Products, a Stoughton, Wis.-based manufacturer that specializes in automotive exhaust. Donaldson's exhaust and emissions business had about $120 million in revenue in 2019, according to the company.
