St. Paul's Fitzpatrick Building getting overhaul for apartments

A Queen Anne Victorian-style building in downtown St. Paul is undergoing major renovations to add nearly three dozen apartments. The Star Tribune reports on the Viking Apartments project being led by CCI Properties, which bought the property at 467 N. Wabasha St. in late 2018 and is converting it into rental units.
