Temple business school professor: We are in the mother of all teachable moments

Until recently, my undergraduate students joined me for in-person classes. I know them all by name. They are funny, smart, usually engaged and always interesting. Then, with less than a week’s notice, these animated young people became thumbnail photos on my computer screen. Our exchanges went from interactive and often informal to rigid and at times rote.
