Philadelphia restricts vehicle access into Center City in effort to prevent more damage

Philadelphia will restrict access into Center City on Sunday, a day after protests erupted into violence, widespread looting, fires and over 200 arrests. The city is diverting vehicles from outside the area between the Schuylkill and Delaware rivers and Vine and South streets.
