Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued new orders Friday, June 26, rolling back the state's reopening plan as Covid-19 cases surge. As part of the executive order, all bars (establishments that get more than 51% of their gross receipts from alcohol sales) in Texas will be forced to close by noon June 26.
