'I just don't know what's going to happen': Bars owners react to shutdown orders

All bars – or establishments that receive 51 percent or more of gross receipts from alcohol sales – were shuttered Friday at 12 p.m., and, starting Monday, restaurants are required to reduce dine-in capacity from 75 percent to 50 percent.
