Shell forced by Covid-19 case increases to slow down addition of workers at construction site

Royal Dutch Shell has temporarily halted the steady addition of workers returning to the massive Beaver County petrochemical plant construction site after an increase in Covid-19 cases that are apparently tied not to the site but sharp rises of the novel coronavirus in the community.
