The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden is offering employees severance packages, as it looks to cut its overheard expenses after losing millions due to the coronavirus pandemic. So far, 38 employees have accepted severance packages in the form of early retirements, position cuts and voluntary departures, Michelle Curley, the zoo's spokeswoman, confirmed to the Business Courier.
