Aeris Resources strengthens board with appointment of experienced executive Colin Moorhead

Aeris Resources Ltd (ASX:AIS) has appointed experienced executive Colin Moorhead to the board as a non-executive director effective July 27.

Moorhead is a geologist by training and is known for strong leadership, strategy and execution.

His career has involved operational and corporate executive responsibilities including global responsibility for exploration and resource development at Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX:NCM) and CEO of PT Merdeka Copper Gold, where he built and led the team that constructed and commissioned the Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine.

He is also currently non-executive chairman of Xanadu Mines Ltd (ASX:XAM) (TSE:XAM).*"Navigating next phase"*
