E Noa Corp. mass layoffs affect more than 230 Hawaii employees

E Noa Corp., a local transportation company that operates various forms of tourism transportation across the state, has laid off 233 Oahu employees since mid March, according to a Worker Adjustment Retraining Notification, or WARN, filed with the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
