When it comes to the most livable cities for minimum-wage workers, Orlando is among the worst in Florida. The City Beautiful — with the state's minimum wage set at $8.56 per hour — was the second-worst metro in Florida and 57th out of 75 of the most-populated U.S. cities, according to Salt Lake City-based Move.org.
