The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is asking for $35 million in CARES Act cash to continue contact tracing Covid-19 cases. The department submitted a request to the Legislative Advisory Commission, a group made up of high ranking members of the Minnesota Legislature, according to deputy commissioner Margaret Kelly.
