Wichita elementary students will head back to school after BOE vote; middle, high schoolers to start remotely

All middle and high school students in the Wichita district will begin the academic year learning remotely because of Covid-19, while students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade will be back in schools under a reopening plan approved by the Board of Education on Thursday night.
