Aviation Technical Services shakes up DFW footprint

Aviation Technical Services hopes by the time a readjustment to its North Texas operations is complete, the commercial aviation market will be back on an upward trajectory. ATS is a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul company in the aviation business based in Everett, Wash., outside of Seattle.
