Global Twitter outage, India too suffers

Twitter suffered a global outage sporadically for nearly 30 minutes on Thursday, with several users from India also reporting that the microblogging platform stopped working for them around 7.45pm. The United States, parts of Europe and Japan reported outages during the same time.
