Bars and restaurants statewide will have to close by 10 p.m. beginning Friday, according to the latest executive order issued by Gov. Tim Walz in Minnesota’s ongoing battle with the coronavirus pandemic. “This is a day we hoped would not come, but hope is not a plan,” Walz said.
