Pennsylvania Department of Health clarifies travel order

The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Wednesday afternoon clarified its travel order, exempting those who left the state for less than 24 hours and people who are complying with a court order from the testing and quarantine requirement. People entering or leaving Pennsylvania as of Nov. 17 have been required to either take provide a negative Covid-19 test within three days of their arrival in the commonwealth or put themselves into a 14-day travel quarantine.
