The new U.S. Space Command headquarters is not coming to Texas. Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, was selected as the preferred permanent headquarters for the new U.S. Space Command, according to a Jan. 13 announcement. One of the other six finalists for the coveted project was Port San Antonio in Texas.
