Total, 174 Power Global form joint venture to develop 12 U.S. solar projects

The projects include five in Texas — three in West Texas, one in the far southern tip of the state and one toward the northern center — with the remainder in Nevada, Oregon, Wyoming, Virginia and Hawaii.
