BlackEarth Minerals NL (ASX:BEM) shareholders have fully paid the balance unpaid on an additional 474,000 BEM party paid ordinary shares raising $28,392.60.   Shareholders paid 5.99 cents for each BEMAF and following these purchases around 6.914 million BEMAF and 3.86 million BEMAC part-paid shares remain on issue. Issued statement to shareholders A statement will be issued shortly to those shareholders who paid all outstanding amounts on their BEMAF and BEMAC holdings. The company has requested that the ASX changes the designation of these shares to the ASX code BEM and reduce the number of BEMAF part paid shares by 474,000. Aerial survey at Donnelly River BlackEarth has started a regional-scale detailed airborne electromagnetic (AEM) at its 100%-owned Donnelly River Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Metals Project around 240 kilometres south of Perth, Western Australia. The Donnelly River Project is adjoining the Thor and Odin nickel-copper-PGM prospects, recently identified by Chalice Mining Ltd (ASX:CHN) (OCTMKTS:CGMLF) and Venture Minerals Ltd (ASX:VMS) (OCTMKTS:VTMLF) at their South West joint-venture. This AEM survey will cover the entirety of E70/4825, which covers 80 square kilometres, and will be flown on 200 metres line spacing for a total of 390-line kilometres. It is expected to provide key information across the entire project.
