The shareholders paid $0.0599 for each BEMAF share. BlackEarth is pleased that a total of 267,500 partly paid shares have been fully paid and, therefore, have become fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company. There are 6,078,750 BEMAF and 3,860,000 BEMAC shares remaining on issue. A statement will be issued shortly to those shareholders who paid all outstanding amounts on their BEMAF and BEMAC holdings. The company requests that the ASX changes the designation of the 267,500 shares to the ASX code BEM and reduce the number of BEMAF part paid shares by 267,500. Aerial survey at Donnelly River This follows shareholders having paid the balance on an additional 567,750 BEM partly paid shares in the capital of the company, raising $34,008.22 on March 17. This month the company started a regional-scale detailed airborne electromagnetic (AEM) at its 100%-owned Donnelly River Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Metals (PGM) Project, around 240 kilometres south of Perth, Western Australia. The Donnelly River Project is adjoining the Thor and Odin nickel-copper-PGM prospects, recently identified by Chalice Mining Ltd (ASX:CHN) (OCTMKTS:CGMLF) and Venture Minerals Ltd (ASX:VMS) (OCTMKTS:VTMLF) at their South West joint venture. This AEM survey will cover the entirety of E70/4825, which covers 80 square kilometres, and will be flown on 200 metres line spacing for a total of 390-line kilometres. It is expected to provide key information across the entire project.
