XLMedia PLC (LON: XLM) said it has agreed to buy the business and assets of Sports Betting Dime (SBD) for about US$26.0mln (£18.5mln), enhancing its market position in the rapidly growing regulated US sports betting market. Optibiotix PLC (LON:OPTI) has reduced its stake in AIM-listed former subsidiary SkinBioTherapeutics PLC (LON:SBTX) through the sale of 2mln shares. Following the disposal, OptiBiotix's holding in SkinBioTherapeutics has reduced to 36,138,569 shares representing 23.2% of the issued share capital. Keywords Studios PLC (LON:KWS) has entered the Australian market after the video game services firm unveiled its acquisition of a controlling stake in Melbourne-based group Tantalus Media. Cornerstone FS Plc has announced plans to raise £2.2mln in its IPO, which would value the fintech company at £12.3mln. Ceres Power Holdings PLC (LON:CWR) said it has raised £181mln to accelerate the development of its solid oxide electrolysis and fuel cell technology. In another separate release after Wednesday’s close, the hydrogen-focused company reported revenues and other income of £33mln for the 18 months to 31 December, 2020. Supermarket Income REIT PLC (LON:SUPR) has increased the target size of its equity fundraising to £150mln amid a strong level of support from potential investors and an increase in attractive investment opportunities. Capital Ltd (LON:CAPD) lifted its final dividend 86% as it reported a net cash balance of $5.0mln at its December year after 12 months where revenue and profit both grew strongly. Management said the Africa-focused mining services firm is experiencing some of the most positive trading conditions in its history. SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd (LON:SAE) announced that it has received a second tranche investment of £2mln from a subscription to be made by way of a prepayment for ordinary shares under a share placement deed announced in December. Subsequent application will be made to the London Stock Exchange in due course for any ordinary shares issued and allotted in relation to the prepayment to be admitted to trading on AIM. Such ordinary shares will only be issued to the extent that the energy company has corporate authority to do so. The proceeds will be used to take advantage of investment opportunities across the firm’s tidal energy, Uskmouth conversion, energy pellet, hydro and sustainable infrastructure project portfolio. Cloud-based editing software developer Blackbird PLC (LON:BIRD) has been enlisted by news and sports group LiveU to “speed up the production process and engage viewers with enriched live and video-on-demand content”. FastForward Innovations Ltd (LON:FFWD) said Yooma Wellness , in which it holds an 8.95% interest, has got its foot in the door at retailer Holland & Barrett. The retailer is to stock Yooma's MYO Plant Nutrition brand. Tissue Regenix PLC (LON:TRX) said the initial phase of its expansion at a site next to its existing operation in San Antonio, Texas, is complete. Plant Health Care PLC (LON:PHC) said it intends to raise up to US$10mln via a placing and subscription at a price of 14p per share.
