archTIS grows customer base with key global wins, renewals and expansion of existing customer licences

archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9) continues to grow its customer base having secured several key new customers wins along with some renewals and expansion of existing customer licences.  The recent customer acquisitions further validate archTIS’ data-centric security approach and annual recurring revenue licensing model.  New and expanded opportunities archTIS global chief operating officer and US president Kurt Mueffelmann said: “archTIS continues to execute on our 2021 strategy of establishing a global, diversified customer base built upon high-margin, predictable annual licensed revenue streams that deliver significant gross margins. “Both Kojensi and NC Protect are driving new and expanded opportunities across government and defence, large corporates and small and medium enterprise.” Six gold awards for NC Protect archTIS managing director Daniel Lai added: “Six Gold awards for NC Protect in the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards in the US is a significant achievement. “It is great acknowledgement of the Nucleus Cyber team and product. “Whilst none of these contracts are individually material, we are pleased with the steady growth in customer acquisitions in our target markets as we successfully execute our global sales strategy leveraging the network effect of collaboration. “Customer renewals are equally important to maintain and grow our annual licensed recurring revenue.” Key customer wins Key customer wins validate secure collaboration portfolio of products including: Flinders University selects Kojensi SaaS; A Dubai-based mobile communications provider selects NC Protect; and Key renewals and license expansion of NC Protect in the US market, including a large manufacturer, a health insurance provider and a life sciences company. As a member of the Innovative Research University (IRU) group, Flinders University selected Kojensi SaaS to provide a secure information sharing cloud service that provides the ability to share and collaborate on sensitive research information with industry partners. This is the second notable educational research institute win for Kojensi and a key target sector for archTIS. The recent archTIS merger with Nucleus Cyber is already delivering strong results through a number of key global wins. A Dubai-based mobile communications company selected NC Protect to enhance its Microsoft security licenses across files shares, Office 365 and Teams collaboration while providing real-time, user-driven, attribute-based access controls down to the granular document layer. NC Protect key growth area NC Protect is a core product offering for archTIS and is seen as a key area of growth for the company moving forward. This product has also delivered new commercial wins and extended customer adoption with licence expansion and renewals in key US markets and accounts, including a large manufacturer, a health insurance provider, and a life sciences company. It follows Nucleus Cyber winning six 2021 Gold Cybersecurity Excellence Awards in the US, providing strong market validation of the company’s NC Protect product.
