Fully vaccinated travelers who have received their vaccine in Hawaii will soon be able to travel freely within the state, Gov. David Ige announced Tuesday. Beginning May 11, fully vaccinated individuals traveling interisland will be able to bypass county quarantine rules, as well as any Covid testing requirements. The rule change follows guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention earlier this month that fully vaccinated people “can travel at low risk to themselves.”…
