Jeffrey P. Jacobs, whose family previously owned the Cleveland Indians MLB team, sold his oceanfront mansion near North Palm Beach for $39.5 million. The 18,852-square-foot home at 12088 Banyan Road was purchased by Igor Tulchinsky, founder, chairman and CEO of WorldQuant, an Old Greenwich, Connecticut-based hedge fund.
