Miami-based Royal Caribbean International will further delay its much-anticipated restart of regularly scheduled cruises from Port Everglades. The delay, announced Tuesday, comes after eight crew members tested positive for Covid-19 while onboard Odyssey of the Seas, which was scheduled to set sail July 3.
