Longtime shoe shiner: Help me find my stolen business

Imagine walking away from your livelihood — your business — only to find it gone when you return. That's the reality for downtown shoe shiner Phillip Wiggins, who had his mobile shoe shine business stolen while he walked into a store for something to drink. The formerly homeless man who bootstrapped his small business to turn the streets into an economic opportunity shared his story with KXAN News in this report.
