Apple delays office return, Google warns unvaccinated employees as Covid-19 surges

In a memo, Apple CEO Tim Cook blamed the delay on the rise in Covid-19 cases and the new Omicron variant. And at Google, unvaccinated employees face being placed on “paid administrative leave” for 30 days, followed by “unpaid personal leave” for up to six months, followed ultimately by termination.
