Monster Beverage Corporation enters the alcohol fray, acquires Dallas' Deep Ellum Brewing Co.

Monster joins the alcoholic beverages space, enters into an agreement to acquire the Austin-based beer and seltzer company that bought the Dallas brewery in 2018.
