Another CNN top executive resigns as WarnerMedia CEO cites ethical lapses

CNN's chief marketing officer, Allison Gollust, resigned after a probe of former primetime star Chris Cuomo. Gollust, Cuomo and former CNN chief Jeff Zucker were all cited for violating standards.
