Long-delayed Bellaire Place project on former Chevron campus cleared to move forward

Earlier this month, the Bellaire City Council approved a request by Danny Sheena, founder of Houston-based SLS Properties, to build the first buildings on a 30-acre tract at 4800 Fournace Place.
