Activist investor Elliott Management sells 1 million-share stake in Duke Energy for $109M

Duke Energy's negotiated peace with Elliott Management over the activist investor's push to split up the company appears more secure. That's because Elliott has sold its 1 million-share direct stake in the Charlotte-based power company.
