Cosmetics giant Revlon, Inc. has voluntarily filed for bankruptcy in an effort to reorganize its capital structure and improve its long-term outlook. The Chapter 11 filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York includes Revlon and its subsidiaries in Canada and the United Kingdom.
