Minutes away from Laxman Narasimhan's Pune house stands the Starbucks Koregaon Park store. "My mother, who now lives with me in Seattle, taught in the primary school that is less than 400 metres from that store," Narasimhan, who assumed the corner office at the American coffeehouse chain Starbucks last March, told TOI. "I had no idea I would even be leading Starbucks one day."
