Reliance Industries, Disney sign binding India merger pact: Report

Walt Disney and Reliance Industries have signed a binding pact to merge their media operations in India. Reliance's media unit, controlled by billionaire Mukesh Ambani, will own at least 61% of the merged entity, creating a formidable media behemoth in India.
