Marvel to lose Iron Man, Spider-Man?

Marvel is going up in arms against the heirs of their comic book creators to retain control of popular characters, including Iron Man, Daredevil, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, Falcon, Thor and Black Widow, among others.
