Philonise Floyd told Congress on Tuesday that his late brother George Floyd "didn't deserve to die over $20" last month and asked lawmakers to "stop the pain" caused by police brutality. “I'm here to ask you to make it stop — stop the pain, stop us being tired,” Mr Floyd said in his opening statement on Tuesday at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on policing practices and law enforcement accountability. “George called for help, and he was ignored.
