UK sanctions Russians, Saudis, and their 'blood money' under Magnitsky Act

The UK has slapped sanctions on dozens of individuals and organizations in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar and North Korea over human rights abuses. London also threatened to seize their "ill-gotten gains."
