This superbike will aim to break the Electric Land World Speed Record SUPERBIKE. The 270 kw (367 hp) Wattman is a high-performance electric motorcycle. It has been made by French company Voxan & is specially designed for the project. Voxan announced they will be looking to break the current 329 km/h (204.48 miles/h) record. They hope to achieve speeds beyond 330 km/h (205.05 miles/h). The attempt will happen July 2021 on the Salar de Uyuni Salt Flat in Bolivia. Riding this exceptional machine will be six-time Motorcycle Racing World champion Max Biaggi.

India's COVID-19 tally rises to 23.29 lakh with 60,963 new cases

India on August 12 reported single-day spike of 60,963 COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. 834 people lost their lives because of pandemic yesterday during the same period. According to Ministry of Health, the COVID19 tally rose to 23,29,639 including 6,43,948 active cases. 46,091 lost their lives due to the deadly virus so far. Meanwhile, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said 7,33,449 COVID-19 samples were tested on August 11. 2,60,15,297 COVID-19 samples have been tested so far, according to ICMR.
