Md. man accused of writing a letter threatening to kill Biden, Harris faces federal charge

James Dale Reed, 42, left a letter on the doorstep of a Frederick home that displayed Biden-Harris signs, prosecutors said. The letter also threatened supporters of the Democratic presidential ticket.
