Belarus: Tsikhanouskaya accepts Sakharov Prize in Brussels

Belarus opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya has been holding talks in Brussels with senior EU officials. Her speech to MEPs comes as the bloc slapped new sanctions of the country's leader, Alexander Lukashenko.
