German cycling official apologizes for yelling racial slur in road race

As cyclist Nikias Arndt was trying to gain ground during the men’s individual time trial on competitors from Algeria and Eritrea, Patrick Moster, the sports director for Germany’s cycling federation, was heard yelling the slur in German.
