Rescue organizations want Canada to reverse its new ban on street dogs from over 100 countries

Dog rescue organizations hope the Canadian government will have a change of heart over its ban on street dogs from over 100 countries, most of them in Africa, Central and South America, Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
