New Study Finds Ultra-Processed Food Contributes to Risk of Heart Disease, Bowel Cancer, Early Death

New studies found that ultra-processed food contributes to an increased risk of heart disease and bowel cancer, and could even lead to early death. Data showed that men in the highest quintile of ultra-processed food consumption, compared to those in the lowest quintile, were 29% more likely to develop colorectal cancer.
