EU envoys not in group visiting J&K

European diplomats will not be part of a group of envoys who will be taken to Kashmir on Thursday in a visit facilitated by the foreign office. The group of envoys are scheduled to travel and return on Friday. Envoys, mainly from Latin American and African, will meet civil society leaders and will be briefed on the security situation by the Army and intelligence services.
