No decision yet on all-India NRC, MHA tells Parliament

The home ministry informed the Lok Sabha that it was talking to states having concerns regarding the National Population Register (NPR) updation proposed between April and September this year. The written reply to a question also clarified that collecting Aadhaar details for NPR was optional.
