Covid-19 in India: Nearly 65% of 544 new all-India cases linked to Tablighi Jamaat’s event in city

At least 295 delegates from across India who had attended the Tablighi Jamaat event in Delhi’s Nizamuddin last month tested positive for the coronavirus, accounting for more than 60% of the 485 confirmed cases across India till around 11.45pm on Thursday. India's corona cases zoomed past 2,500 with Delhi (141), Maharashtra (88) and Tamil Nadu (75) adding big numbers.
